Reading about polite meetings that go nowhere, difficulties finding dates for new meetings, endless dead end conversations and sideline issues, and a behind the scenes agreement between one side to pretend to move forward while doing nothing
And as a former civil servant I’m thinking « this is pro-level foot-dragging ».
