    MetaFilter points to the pointless but endearing Wikocracy. Not a state run by Wiccans (a scary thought), but a Wiki (editable website) for laws. It’s main page is here, but don’t worry, they assure us:

    “Nothing on this platform is legally binding.”

    Phew!

  • Constitution of the 3rd May

    Today is Poland’s national day, and the anniversary of the 3rd May constitution. It was signed by 436 members of the Great Seym, whose names, from Kajetan Aksak (MP, Wolyn) to Jan Zyberk (Senator, Brzesc Litewski) can be found here.
