This is an interesting article (€) but I don’t know that deliberative democracy alone solves the challenge of political disaffection. « Horizontal » democracy is great but most problems are vertical. lesoir.be/419733/article…
The « refoundation » @BenoitScheuer calls for needs to balance democracy in decision making, effectiveness in execution, and the multilevel complex nature of today’s challenges.
