Arron Banks loves British democracy so much that after bypassing Parliament with a referendum, he wants to sue it to stop people voting.
I look to proper lawyers like @carlgardner to advise how much Art 9 of the 1689 Bill of Rights (it exists!) applies.
Is says “That … proceedings in Parliament ought not to be impeached or questioned in any court or place out of Parliament.”
